- Third-Party Service Providers: Pre-employment Profiles, LLC as needed in connection with pre-employment background checks; Summit Urgent Care, Concentra Urgent Care, and Pro-Active as needed in connection with pre-employment physicals, fitness for duty exams and/or Workers Compensation claims; Paylocity in connection with human resources and payroll processes; Gallagher Basset as needed in connection with worker’s compensation claims; Walter Mortensen Insurance/INSURICA in connection with benefits processing; Belden, Blain, and Raytis as needed in connection with legal.
- Other Company-affiliated service providers who facilitate employment-related functions and are disclosed to employees in advance: Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente, Delta Dental, VSP, MetLife, PayPro, HealthiestYou, and Principal as needed in connection with company offered benefits.
- Government/Regulatory agencies and/or designated legal representatives as required by law including Cal/OSHA, the Employment Development Department, the Department of Industrial Relations, the Civil Rights Department, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the Mine Safety and Health Administration.

The Company does not engage in the sale of Personal Information related to employees or job applicants.
